ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

Shipment confirmation, together with the tracking number(s), will be sent by the sender by e-mail once the order has been processed in the system.

RETURNS

All items returned to our warehouse are the customer's responsibility. Please note that you must first request the return slip from customer service info@avery-jones.com before returning the goods for further handling. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in case of loss or damage during return.

DAMAGE

Shop is responsible for damage or loss of products during shipment. If the received order is not in good condition, damaged or the packaging is torn, you must contact our customer service info@avery-jones.com and provide us with a photo of the package and contact the courier company responsible for handling your package.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained in order to make a claim.
